     Andrew R. Schulman is an experienced New Hampshire attorney who has briefed and argued several questions of first impression in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit. Andy taught Advanced Appellate Advocacy at the Franklin Pierce Law Center. Andy’s reported decisions include Remsburg v. Docusearch, Inc., 149 N.H. 148 (2003) in which the Court clarified the right to privacy of one's personal identifying information in the internet age, and In Re Bayview Crematory, LLC., 155 N.H. 781, 930 A.2d. 190 (N.H. 2007), in which the Court reversed class certification in a high profile case arising from an investigation into the operation of a Seabrook creamtory.      Andy's criminal appeals include Ellsworth v. Warden, 333 F.3d 1 (1st Cir. 2003) (en banc) (discussing the right to discover and introduce exculpatory evidence at trial); State v. McGill, 153 N.H. 813 (2006) (reversing the defendant's conviction because he was was not allowed to properly impeach his accuser at trial); State v. Foss, 148 N.H. 209 (2002) (reversing a jail guard's conviction for sexually assaulting an inmate) and State v. Frost, 141 N.H. 493 (1996) (reversing the defendant's sexual assault conviction and clarifying the definition of "mentally defective" for the purpose of the sexual assault statute).
